From M5 Junction 27 take the A361 North Devon Link Road towards Barnstaple. Continue on this road for approximately 30 miles, passing over the South Molton and Little Chef Roundabouts. Around 6 miles after the Little Chef roundabout, take the left turn signposted
Proceed through Landkey village and continue approximately 1 mile to Swimbridge. At the bottom of the hill, turn right at The Jack Russell Inn. Tannery House is 20 yards on the right, behind large iron gates.
